The earliest stages of a high-performance home establish the conditions for durability, comfort, and control. Pacific Fort coordinates excavation, foundations, water management, structure, and sequencing so later systems can be built on a clear and reliable base.
Site preparation
Excavation and careful site organization established the project footprint.
Foundation preparation
Subgrade, drainage layers, and foundation assemblies were coordinated before concrete placement.
Concrete structure
Formwork and concrete placement created the durable base for the residence.
Waterproofing & drainage
Below-grade protection was completed before backfill to support long-term envelope performance.
